LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

2025 ZOMODO WARRANTY TERMS

Zomodo Canada products are covered under our 2025 Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

STEP 1 – CONTACT US

You can submit your claim through your dealer, plumbing contractor, distributor, authorized Zomodo agent, or directly to Zomodo Canada:

STEP 2 – PROVIDE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION

Include the following in your claim:

  • Complete description of the problem
  • Photo(s) and/or video(s) showing the problem
  • Product model number, colour, and finish
  • Date of purchase
  • A copy of the original sales receipt (proof of purchase)

RETURN POLICY & RGA TERMS

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

To request an RGA, email [email protected] with your return details.

KEY RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Only the original purchaser may request a return.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Zomodo Canada.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (non-negotiable).
  • Credit notes may take up to 14 business days to process after approval.

PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging and box, in resalable condition.
  • All parts, accessories, and instructions must be included.
  • Sinks must have drain kits tightly screwed to the underside as per original packaging to avoid damage.
  • No dents, holes, or excessive markings on the outer box.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any damage during transit.
  • We strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping.
  • Unauthorized freight collect shipments will be refused.

RGA VALIDITY

An approved RGA and Credit Note (CN) are valid for 30 business days from issue.

Products must be received at Zomodo within this timeframe.

ORIGINAL CUSTOMER OBLIGATION

  • Keep your original dated sales receipt — it is the only acceptable proof of purchase.
  • Installation must be completed by a licensed plumber or contractor.
  • No person or agent may alter this warranty without written approval from Zomodo.

EXCLUSIONS & LEGAL DISCLAIMER

  • This warranty does not cover damage from shipping by third parties.
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Zomodo is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by our products.
