EVERYDAY CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Gently operate the handle and pull-out spray during use.
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals.
- Do not overtighten the locking nut during installation.
WORKING SPECIFICATIONS
- Water pressure: 20–100 psi
- Temperature range: 1–60°C
- Must be installed with isolating/wall valves according to local codes.
Note: We recommend installation by a licensed plumber. Improper installation may void your warranty.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
- Flush all pipework to clear out debris.
If flow is blocked:
- Remove and clean the aerator or flow control.
- If your faucet has a screen filter, remove it, flush pipes, then reinsert.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Leaking Faucet
- At handle: Cartridge may need repositioning or replacement.
- At hose connection: Check ring washers are in place and hoses are tightened (do not overtighten).
- At non-return valve (KTC014/16/30 models): Ensure washers are secure at all connection points.
- At pull-out spray head: Clean aerator and check washer. Remove debris if needed.
(For KTC014/16 models, hold the hose securely before unscrewing the spray head.)
Low Flow Rate
- Debris may be blocking the aerator. Remove the spout tip and rinse/flush the aerator.
Pull-Out Hose not Working Smoothly
- Ensure the weight is positioned just above the bottom of the hose loop.
- Check that the hose and weight aren’t catching on items in the cabinet.
Unstable or Loose Faucet
- Retighten the base nut and check handle alignment. Use plumber’s tape if needed.
- If the spout is loose, gently tighten the small grub screw with a 2mm hex key.
Note: Do not overtighten — the spout must rotate freely.

CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
Over time, water hardness may cause cartridges to wear, leading to small leaks at the handle. A complimentary cartridge replacement may be available provided the cartridge model is in stock.
Note: Faucet models are updated every few years, and cartridges for discontinued models may not be available.
How to request a replacement cartridge:
Email [email protected] with:
- A photo of the leaking faucet handle
- A photo or confirmation of your faucet model
- Year and place of purchase
Note: Complimentary cartridge replacements may be available if in stock. Cartridges for older models may not always be available.
Always turn off your water supply before attempting a replacement. We recommend using a licensed plumber.
